Appointment Booking FAQs

How to book an appointment?

Visit our booking page and select your preferred date and time. Ensure to book your appointment at least one to two weeks in advance.
DEPOSIT
To secure your slot, a non-refundable deposit of £15 is required. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen service, and the rest will be paid via bank transfer.

EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT
If your desired slot is unavailable, feel free to message me via WhatsApp with your preferred date. Please note this will be considered a premium slot and will incur an additional £10 fee. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, premium slots are subject to availability.

How do I drop off wigs?

Changes to the schedule should be done at least 24 hours beforehand. You can also rebook at other times as long as there is an availability on calender

DROPPING OFF WIGS
For a smoother experience, I recommend dropping off your hair in person to avoid postal issues. If you're not nearby, posting is perfectly okay. Send me a WhatsApp message for the drop-off address.

CANCELLATION
Please note: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable.

PONYTAIL APPOINTMENT
Coming in for a ponytail? Whether it’s a frontal ponytail or a sleek natural look, please arrive with your hair freshly washed and blow-dried. This helps us start styling right away and ensures the best results.

CORNROWS
Ensure you have your cornrows done before your appointment date. We do not offer cornrow services.

Given the location of our store within an office setting, we allow a plus one if needed; however, children (including babies and toddlers) are not allowed during appointments. Kindly plan in advance for your appointment.
